We're a small team — and we read every message

Tepiair is run by a small team, so when you write to us, you're writing to real people — not a support queue. We read every message, and we answer the ones that need an answer. The fastest way to reach us is the contact form above, or by emailing hello@tepiair.com directly.

Because our tools are used for real decisions — budgeting, quoting a project, planning a trip, measuring a room — accuracy matters. If you spot something that looks wrong, we treat it as a priority, not a nuisance.

Before you write, a few things that might save you time

Many of the questions we receive already have an answer on the site. If yours is one of these, you'll usually find what you need faster:

• "How accurate are the results?" — Our calculators use standard formulas and are designed as good estimates, not professional advice. See our Disclaimer.
• "Do I need an account?" — No. Every tool on Tepiair is free and works without signing up.
• "Is my data stored?" — No. All calculations run in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded or saved. See our Privacy Policy.
• "Can I use your calculators on my site?" — For commercial integrations and partnership requests, email partners@tepiair.com.
• "Can you add a specific tool?" — Yes — send us the idea through the form, and include what you'd use it for so we can prioritise it.

Editorial independence & how we respond

Tepiair is editorially independent. We don't accept payment to rank or recommend specific tools, services, or products. Our calculators use published formulas and standard industry conventions — the same maths you'd find in a textbook or a reputable financial guide.

When you write to us, here's what happens:

• We read the message within one to two business days.
• If it's a question, we reply with an answer or a link to the relevant page.
• If it's a bug or correction, we investigate and fix it, then let you know.
• If it's a partnership or press enquiry, we route it to the right person.

We don't use automated replies. Every message that needs a human response gets one.

Privacy and how we handle your contact details

When you use the contact form, we ask only for what we need to reply: your name, your email address, and your message. We use that information exclusively to respond to you. We don't add you to a newsletter, we don't pass your details to third parties, and we don't use your email for marketing.

If you'd like your message to be deleted after we've replied, just say so in the email — we'll remove it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
