Every calculator and every article on Tepiair is written, checked, and maintained by Sarfraj himself. He tests each tool personally before it goes live, verifies the formulas against published references, and updates them when standards change. If a calculation on Tepiair produces a wrong result, he treats it as a bug — not a nuisance — and fixes it as soon as it's reported.

His background spans web development, product design, and personal finance. He writes in plain language, avoids jargon, and tries to answer the question behind the question — not just the calculation itself.

Tepiair started as a small side project. Sarfraj was helping friends and family answer questions that came up again and again — how much does a daily coffee really cost over a year? How many fence panels does a 30-metre boundary need? What's a fair consulting rate? Each question had an online calculator, but most were slow, cluttered, and asked for personal information before showing a result.

He decided to build a cleaner version. The rules were simple:
